Each year, 1 in 4 Christmas jumpers end up thrown away or never worn again! The cost of buying a new jumper every year for children to take part in Christmas festivities such as Christmas Jumper Day can place additional pressure on already stretched family finances and creates unnecessary waste that has an environmental impact.
This year, we can change this! Our School Council are holding a Christmas Jumper Swap on Monday 27th November and Monday 4th December 2.45-3.45pm.
Take part and save money, reduce waste and spread some Christmas cheer!
Don’t have a jumper to donate? Don’t worry - you are still welcome to come and choose a jumper from the swap. This initiative is about reducing waste and supporting families. (Other Christmas themed clothing is also welcome – dresses, t-shirts etc) Please ensure that all items are clean and in good, wearable condition
